1. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in ZAR and include VAT.
• Payment in full before delivery unless lay-bye arranged.
• Lay-bye: 20% deposit, balance over 3 months.

2. Delivery

• Fees calculated based on location.
• Same-day available in Cape Town, subject to availability.
• Inspect all items upon delivery.

3. Returns

• Returns within 7 days for manufacturing defects only.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Custom orders cannot be returned.

4. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranty as specified.
• Does not cover misuse or normal wear.
